The English Access Microscholarship Program
The English Access Microscholarship Program is a two-year project, funded by the US Department of State through the Regional English Language Office (RELO), US. Embassy, Morocco to create a unique program of 180 hours of class time per year to support students from underprivileged families aged 13 to 20 from different regions across Morocco to learn the English language and participate in community issues. The program builds tolerance, understanding, self confidence, and exposes students to American values and culture.
In this project, well trained and excellent teams of teachers of English facilitate students working together to learn English and research and develop an action plan surrounding an issue that concerns them. Through this process, the students will be able to use the English language, become knowledgeable and effective advocates capable of informing other students, peers and community to convince them to adopt their concerns in their platforms.
